We have been brewing Kombucha since 2005. During the first 5 years we added ingredients and modified the recipe several times, each time making it better. We use the traditional small batch brewing process, giving it sufficient fermentation time to mature.
Today and for the past 12 years we have stabilized the recipe and have created a very good, tasty and refreshing beverage, which has improved the health of many people who have been drinking it.
